Ukraine: Bipartisan aid vs Russian aggression. USAID: under 1% of budget, strategic not welfare.
Taliban gear: about 7B left after 20yr war (Trump deal too).
EBT soda? Many states banning it now. Fentanyl mostly via ports by citizens, not boats.
Green incentives? Many scaled back.
