@patersonjeff Canucks are do not have the chemistry of a playoff team. Tocchet needs a few players that can handle the pressure and still have fun. Players are wound up too tight with Tocchet's system, Kuzmenko was a perfect example and he is gone, having fun in Calgary and scoring.

@NHLPA NHLPA should be concerned about the player that took the hit not the one delivering the hit. A player that appeals a fine or suspension should have to hire a lawyer and the NHLPA should not defend him. Right now the instigator is protected.

@Sportsnet650 @danriccio_ @SatiarShah Jim was supposedly a great draft guy as he was the best at assessing players. So he signs OEL, his reason was OEL would be a great player again with the Canucks. He signed a few players to long term contracts and over paid them and not one of them improved their play.

@patersonjeff With Bo gone and hopefully in the post season. Will Pettersson be next? If Rutherford waits he will be signed by a team that has the cap space to pay him what he is worth and give up the picks that it cost in signing him. Could it be Boston if Bergeron retires or Chicago?

@imacSportsnet Talk is cheap, Jim can not hold these players accountable and he knows it. That is why most players have no trade clauses. He gave JT a huge contract and now he is stuck with JT. Bruce and Bo will be gone next season. Bruce maybe sooner. Jim is not the man

@buckfoston Rutherford can not do anything at present. His mistake ,one of many, was saying the players would be gone before he coach. Where will he send these players? So the players win. If he could send OEL, Myers to the AHL it would be nice but $ only reason these two are playing

@imacSportsnet When management signed JT before Bo what do you expect. Was this a message to Bo and the rest of the team? This is the second biggest mistake by Rutherford the first was not renewing Bruce immediately. Canucks have placed mote importance on a management team no the one on ice
