Issues with @united. They asked me to direct message them my confirmation # for the flight I had issues with…Which I’m having problems as we speak…another overnight impact…

This is how they reply after asking me for my info! WTF!

6th flight in the past few weeks & @united FAILED again!
A month ago flew to Lisbon, worst experience, row 8 (typically 1st class) had to go to the bathroom, flight attendant rudely said “it’s in the back”while she allowed 3 whites to use 1st class restroom in rows behind me.

I am not sure if anyone has elderly parents or friends that are @Humana members, their quality is depleting. Member letters are going out with so many errors a 3rd grader could do better. Diminishing value and customer experience. What is going on?
