@manairport Hi, thanks for the reply but that is not really what I am asking. The carpark at terminal 1 charged me £21 for waiting to up my partner who found she had no luggage. As it is not my fault, I am looking for a partial refund of the parking fee.

@hlpdesk_manair poor experience this evening. Landed at T2, followed signs for train station. Walkway into T1&3 closed. No signs. Workman said it was closed and have to get a bus. Still no signs. Ended up using atm to pay for a taxi, £2.50 is use. Typical of this airport.
