My Identity is in Christ

Who is Jesus to me and how do I allow Him to work in my life? Sharing verses and encouragement. Particularly on identity. Currently serving God in Rwanda.

With the situation the country(UK) finds itself in again. I encourage you to pray for our leaders current and future. We may not agree with everything they do but we can still pray so let's join together as believers and give it over to God.

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Galatians 2:20 NIV
He loves each one of you so much.

Who remembers how they felt when they gave their life to Christ? Do you still have that hunger today? Do you value yourself as a child of God?

Only because of Jesus Christ can I have eternal life, a hope and a future. When I give myself to Him as He gave Himself for us, I can make a difference for His kingdom, by His power, through the Holy Spirit I now have. Thanks be to God.

When Jesus said it is finished. He knew He had won. By rising again He showed us that those who believe are a victorious people. Not by anything we have done but because of his enormous grace. #JesusSaves #Grace #love #Victory

Jesus died for you and me, the ultimate sacrifice! Our heart should align with God’s. I encourage you to meditate on this and let it sink into your hearts, to help deepen your relationship with the only true saviour.

Are you having a hard time? Do you not know Christ yet? Jesus is just waiting for a yes from you to give you a new purpose, a hope and a future. Be ready to be transformed. Saying yes to Him was the best decision I've ever made.

The Holy Spirit is a person, not a force.

He:

– speaks (Acts 13:2)
– sends (Acts 13:4)
– chooses (Acts 20:28)
– teaches (Jn. 14:26)
– gives (Isa. 63:14)

He can be:

– lied to (Acts 5:3)
– tested (Acts 5:9)
– resisted (Acts 7:51)
– grieved (Eph. 4:30)
– blasphemed (Mt. 12:31)

Eph 6:10-11 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armour of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
We are strong in God, let's put him on and stop trying to do things by ourselves.

The Holy Spirit gives us love, self-discipline and power. We should not be shy of our faith. Boast in #Jesus. Give glory to Him. He has given us these things to glorify Him.
I #pray that we have a revelation of this.

When will we see ourselves as God sees us. He died for you and me, so that we could do things. He thought we were worth it let's start living like we're worth it and make a difference to His kingdom. There is power in the name of Jesus.
