@harristic_ Dripstone caves had 46.66% of Tricky Trials OST and now sit at 35.28% of Chaos Cubed OST - Minecraft's music pool system hasn't been "normal" for a while tbh.
@harristic_ Which doesn't refute the fact that there is precedent for biasing the pools toward the latest OST (1.21.6), so it's likely partially on purpose.
@harristic_ Amos Roddy's tracks were also all given higher weights when they were added (which were changed to be normal once they added fingerspit's tracks). There's nothing broken, they simply intentionally bias newer tracks to play more often for the sake of novelty.
@harristic_ I haven't checked all pools, but from the ones I've seen, there's mathematically slightly more variety in the 26.2 snapshot pools than there was in 26.1 actually...
@realsast@ZeySey1024@krexirl@DiscussingFilm It only lasts a few seconds, and it's an obscure and quite track for a nothing-scene, but "Dragon Fish" from C418 was actually played in the movie (they also managed to fit "Comforting Memories" from Kumi Tanioka in another scene).
@ibxtoycat Ackshually 🤓☝️ this refreshed version has existed for some years now (e.g. since 2023 on https://t.co/xUg8tAM51l), but just in cropped form. They have gazillions of artworks like this of which they only share low quality crops, which is frustrating cause many of these look good.
@JackDavis201095@LifeOfSunday January 2025. It used to say "Last Regular Appearance", though the phrasing was changed for every characters, not just 14th.
@poweredbySNO @boysteveprout Beaucoup moins de contraintes bureaucratiques (ça se rapproche plus d'un game jam), pas besoin de faire des trucs cohérents, et pas besoin de s'adapter aux versions consoles/portables.
@Zomb01YT@silentwisperer_ The Minecraft Wiki has pages for (some of) these studios in case anyone wanna know on which animations they worked on:
https://t.co/24C53YPMxs
https://t.co/19c8Yptd2M
https://t.co/wvknJMoDAA
@Zomb01YT@silentwisperer_ It's not. Most Mojang animations are made by Brikk, Svep, Filmic or Rabbit's Foot. The only animations Element Animation do are the ones they talk about themselves or are credited for (and for some reason Mojang always credit Element Animation but not all the other studios. 🤷♂️)
@RedPierre01 For some reason they added anti-aliasing to blocks around 25w43a, that might be it? I can't see it unless I zoom personally, but I saw a few other people annoyed by how it looks now too.
@katvespa@harristic_ It is actually quite noticeable in game when they're tempted by a player (their neck tilts upward almost to a 90° angle in that situation).
