My niece was killed on Friday while walking home from the store, hit by a transport as she crossed the road.
She was able to push the stroller forward out of the way to save her 2 yo daughter.

My sister is devastated. And the rest of us too...

I used to look after her when she was younger to help my sister out. I remember teaching her the whole pull-my-finger joke. She thought it was hilarious...

People nearby jumped into action and started CPR right away. But let's be honest... A 100lb 5'1 young woman isn't going survive something like that. But she saved her daughter. In our eyes, died a hero 💚
She also left behind an 8yo and 3 mo.
