I have done the classic 30 sec reboot, re-synced the remote to Samsung TV and followed all troubleshooting tips on @SkyUK website. Other users are experiencing this issue tonight so I’m guessing there is another Sky Q software glitch like last week? @SkyHelpTeam @tomwarren 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam It seems there are further SkyQ technical issues! I, along with two other Sky customers that I know are having the same issue tonight. The Sky Q remote will only turn off the Sky box only and not the TV, even though it has been previously set up in the menus 🤷
