@tbhorka Looks like Joey O'Brien was injured on this play (#20 in white). He is heavily limping during the extra point. You see it better from behind the end zone angle. His legs fold wrong while players are rolling on the ground.
@girdley@RachelBitecofer I like the lack of defensiveness that Californians have as a culture. We agree with a lot of the criticisms...but the positives quietly win in our experience.
Most places have this clinched fist of defending our land, our history, our everything about the past...such BS
@CoachD178 Just to go through the exercise.
Re-rank the top ten including last year's playoffs. Only one team has truly handled Indiana and Georgia in the last 12 months.
@MantisToboggan7@TheDegenWeekly Your argument is even softer. In the last 15 months, ND has played 30 games. Including playing 3rd string OLine in a 17 game season. These 3rd string pushed back the Indiana and Georgia Dlines back 5 yards backwards every play in January.
But the bridge too far...Pop Tart bowl
@TheDegenWeekly@Super70sSports this is the perfect video response to the pearl clutching, not going to Pop Tart Bowl is a bridge too far outrage crowd.
@Super70sSports Getting upset about the bowl schedule is weird to me. Who cares?!
The riveting 1st round of CFP:
Oregon v JMU
Ole Miss v Tulane
OK v Bama (again and again)
(Which QB misses more screen passes?)
A&M v Carson Beck 5 int's
That's fantastically boring the 1st weekend of CFP.
@PeteSampson_ The one thing the committee can't have is putting in unwatchable bad TV team.
Bama and BYU checked all the boxes today on unwatchable TV products.
@AlwaysIrishINC This weekend could not have gone better for ND. Bama's out. BYU also out. They're too for ugly for TV. ND is obviously the 9 seed against Oklahoma, which is an interesting fresh matchup. It makes no sense to have ND play at A&M for the 3rd time recently. Indiana 2nd round Yes.
@CoachD178 Here's my hot take:
I don't think there is any reason for conference championship games. All 4 teams for the Big 10 and SEC that get into the CC game already qualify for the playoffs...why play it? Once the CC game is gone...the argument of being in a conf and indy is moot.
