@NHTSAgov@jimfarley98@Ford is this really caused by “normal wear and tear?” How is this safe? This is the SEVENTH time I’ve had this issue, caused by warped rotors. Started at 12k miles and now @Ford want me to pay $1,000 to keep fixing THEIR issue? I expect better.
@hankwinchester can you please help me? I’ve been repeatedly denied by Ford for help resolving this! I have a defective vehicle that @jimfarley98 and @Ford won’t take accountability for. Putting this cost on the consumer is unacceptable for a huge safety issue.

This is what happens when I brake, this is NOT “normal wear and tear.” This is a defective vehicle and safety risk
@elonmusk do your teslas do this when braking? Do you have to replace rotors multiple times before 36k?
@Ford@jimfarley98@NHTSAgov@USDOT@SecretaryPete
No programs available to help with a defective car? One that’s had the same issue 7 times in 36k miles? Repeatedly warped rotors and violent steering vibrations are NOT normal. That is a safety issue. Do right by your customers
Fix it or replace it Ford, I’ve been patient, worked through you customer service line multiple times. How can you make a customer pay almost $1000 for yet another brake job (#7 @36k miles), when it’s clearly a defect in the vehicle?
@Ford@jimfarley98@NHTSAgov@SecretaryPete
7x - in the shop for violent vibration in the steering wheel when braking only at certain speeds
7x - same fix every time. Do your rotors really warp that quickly?
Time #7 after initial warranty expired & you won’t cover the repair? @jimfarley98@NHTSAgov@Ford@SecretaryPete
I was an early adopter, told everyone how much I LOVED driving a car that was such wicked fun and had “ground speed.” After owning 4 other fords and awaiting the Mache’s arrival for 2 years, I stalked every dealership in the region to find one. @NHTSAgov@jimfarley98@Ford
Ford tough? I think not
I’ve been a pilot for 24 years and was looking forward to experiencing the amazing performance of my Mustang Mach-e, not sitting in the waiting room of the dealership for the same repair repeatedly.
