Ever heard of Anovulation?

Anovulation occurs when the ovaries do not release an ovum during a menstrual cycle. It simply means that ovulation did not occur and could be a sign of infertility.

Anovulation is not always a bad thing, or a sign that there is an underlying disease.

Urinary Tract Infections tips:

Wipe from front to back after using the toilet

Urinate as soon as possible after sex

Drink lots of water

Don't hold urine for long periods

Change your menstrual pads/tampons often
