The fact that I am not shocked or surprised by the horrific treatment of black men in America, I am surprised and hopeful that I administrative Justice would be served.

I am running for truth and justice as a presidential candidate for the People’s Party to reintroduce America to the best of itself - fighting to end poverty, mass incarceration, ending wars and ecological collapse, guaranteeing housing, health care, education and living wages for all!

@AmericanAir fumbling the ball BIG time! Mechanical problems last night -we boarded/deplaned twice over a 5 hour period (7 pm - 12 am). Booked on the same flight to depart 9:30 am and now delayed again - no crew??? Unacceptable paid for first class service?

[Denise Evans @MyPastorD]

So @Gerald R. Ford International airport tonight. My friend has severe eczema & had a brand new 8 ounce tube of Eucerin Exema calming cream for her condition. When she said it’s a medicated cream. TSA agent says “Now that I pull it from your bag it’s medicated?” Trashed it.

Yesterday was #BlackWomensEqualPayDay

[MomsRising @MomsRising]

Today is #BlackWomensEqualPayDay, a reminder that Black women continue to face a wage gap of 67 cents compared to non-Hispanic white men for full-time, year-round work. It's time to close this gap and demand equal pay for equal work! #BlackWomenCantWait

[MomsRising @MomsRising]

Tomorrow is a painful reminder that Black women must work nearly 19 months to be paid what White men are paid in 12...This unjust, unjustifiable wage gap will persist until Congress takes meaningful action to close it.

I am ugly crying on my bed right now. Such a powerful and a very timely message! And then my sister @MyPastorD calls me with an idea . I want to learn to swim again (back in my childhood YMCA days, I used to swim) and she’s a certified a diver. I love her.

This afternoon at Rosa Park Circle…

[Andre M. Perry @andreperryedu]

“The Court has come to rest on the bottom-line conclusion that racial diversity in higher education is only worth potentially preserving insofar as it might be needed to prepare Black Americans and other underrepresented minorities for success in the bunker, not the boardroom.”
