Any plans for a public thread on X where people can tag companies with terrible phone systems that desperately need your voice AI?
I tried upgrading my phone with @ATT yesterday through their phone system… total nightmare. My issue couldn’t be handled by their automated menu options, but no way to communicate this on the call.
A dedicated spot to spotlight these pain points would be pure gold for everyone. Thoughts?
