📚 Why I created Build Something...
Because so may people asked me how to start/finish their next big idea. And I can't help myself. I'm a problem solver. The result is a course to take you from start to finish. Are you ready to build something big?

What do you do when times get tough?
@cmbrookins decided to take on a massive project with her kids.......they built their own house from scratch.
Listen to our conversation about why taking on impossible tasks are sometimes exactly what we need:

You know how sometimes a conversation takes the BEST side paths without any planning at all? Here's a tiny listen to my chat with Brian, but to get the good stuff go listen to the whole convo. 🎧
This is your year to build what YOU want to build. And I just had the opportunity to talk about how to get started on the Humanly Possible Podcast with Bryan Kramer! 🎧: https://t.co/4cEc8ofxk8 #H2H#HumanlyPossible#teamwork
The pandemic has been hard in more ways than I can count, especially not seeing family. I’ve always told my kids that you never know what someone is going through. Treat everyone like they are having the worst day of their life. Try to be that one good interaction of their day.
I’m starting this weekend off with a mug of lemon tea and big plans. It’s officially time for me to start diving into the other project I’ve been teasing you about. (I promise I’ll share more details soon!!!) What’s on your to-do list for the weekend?
Because of border closures I've missed getting to see my daughter through her pregnancy and still haven't met my granddaughter. I’m sharing this hard part now because when I finally DO get to share our reunion, I want you to know just how much it actually means. ❤️
Stop putting off your biggest goals because you think you have to first become some other person who is more capable, more put together, more in shape, more organized or more of anything at all. You’re already exactly the person you need to be to tackle that goal.
Are you taking active or passive action toward your goal? Because all action is not equal.
Passive action is planning and shuffling things around. Active action is creating something new, either from scratch or out of the pieces and parts of an old thing that has big potential.
The #1 biggest mistake I see people make: Waiting until *someday* to start building their big thing.
🚨SPOILER ALERT🚨 Someday is never going to come. If you want to build a really big thing, start now.
Since I can’t talk to you all in person, from stage, from events, or at the airport, I’m excited to be talking to you soon on my new podcast. I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to announce an official launch date or just surprise you with the first few episodes... 😉
Juggling too much? A #PowerDay will get you back on track.
This FREE 4 step guide shows you step-by-step how to get your life together so you actually have time to make BIG things happen.

My best January productivity tip: Wait until the cats are napping to focus on the serious work. (Kidding...kind of.) What helps you focus and get stuff done?

2020 was one of the hardest years. But I'm rebuilding and you're invited to join me: on social, for a #PowerDay my #Unstuck Challenge, or tackle your entire project from start to finish with my Build Something course, I’ll be right here with you as we rebuild together.
Virtual event speaking has been so much fun! And the last minute pivots are actually part of what makes them feel alive and human. I love how much heart went into this one. ❤️
