@SouthwestAir how could you let this happen again on Christmas Eve. My flight was delayed multiple times over 3 hrs and then cancelled. Then you rescheduled for 12/26! Luckily I found another flight, but now I can't track my luggage. This is a nightmare.

@LVNative2 Midway was a disaster. Cancelled flights lossed luggages, hours upon hours of waiting and horrible communication. @SouthwestAir is a mess. Will never flight with them during the holidays.

I called @CheapOair a few weeks ago and representative said he would put in a special request to @azulinhasaereas for this issue and it's been week and I haven't heard anything. I haven't received any communication. #flightstorynightmare

I am my friends wedding and now I would need to pay about triple the price for a flight because I lost $ and flight prices are crazy on @CheapOair and @azulinhasaereas .

@CheapOair and @azulinhasaereas didn't let me use my flight credit. I didn't even get the option for a refund during the pandemic. #flightnightmare

So what @azulinhasaereas and @CheapOair was telling me is that I had a credit expire during a time with the country was on lock down. #flightnightmare.

Then I had to keep going back and forth between @CheapOair and @azulinhasaereas to try to use my credit to finally be that my credit had expired and I could no longer use it.

They then told me to contact @azulinhasaereas who said they cannot allow me to use the credit and to contact @CheapOair. The finger pointing had begun. #flightstorynightmare

When the time came to use my credit I was told it has expired. I was confused because this information was not told to me on the phone with the representative at @CheapOair #flighthorrorstory
