14 hr flight from Del to yyz with @airindia has been by far the worst inflight experience. Broken seat, entertainment system, dirty pillows & the list goes on. This was the case with both my inward & outward flights. Travelling with a toddler is difficult, this made it worse!

@Metrolinx@GOtransit I recently moved to @NewTecumseth from Brampton. While there are rail tracks and constant passage on Canadian Pacific cargo trains, no metro for public appears to exist. Please consider using the tracks here to improve the connectivity.

@airindiain I have been trying to reach you guys since yesterday. Called 3 times, stayed on hold for an average of 55 minutes every call, just to be disconnected by your agents twice. No response on social media and no response on email too. Can someone please reach back to me?
