@_khaliya_ @bardiinnarari Honestly been doing this since I was a kid this a Caribbean thing this method been around for years. Just after you do the mask get a protective style as soon as you can and leave your hair alone for a while get trims and stuff

@_khaliya_ @bardiinnarari Also don’t do this too much this is a high protein mask so I would say once a month. While the mask is in your put a bag or something on your hair like 2 bags and tie it very tightly so you can get a good deep conditioning
