“If we only care about white children’s future, that’s not caring about justice,” she said, explaining that her activism isn’t just about saving nature but protecting human lives.
Thunberg highlighted the urgency by pointing to Gaza’s ongoing violence, warning that if daily images of slaughter fail to prompt action, expecting the world to prevent ecological collapse is unrealistic.
It’s time for us to embrace anyone who is willing to jump off of the MAGA train. Welcome them to the right side of history. It’s better late than never and showing class will bring more folks out of their haze. Time to inform and support. These changes aren’t easy.
