Dear @Vimeo I’ve been a loyal customer since 2017 (maybe even earlier than that). I’m 💔 that you forcibly downgraded my subscription to a free account, even after my card was successfully charged on schedule just so I end up paying 3x to be reactivated—without prior notice.

@Vimeo Hello! Please help me. My subscription was wrongfully downgraded and important videos gone. My bank account was charged on 1/30 and yet my account was still downgraded to a free plan. I don't deserve this, I've been with Vimeo since 2017 & recommend it to clients.😢
