Enough is enough you think there would be 100’s of people in the world to notice even a strangers pain and give help or promising #words but even though #funny#memes and #videos lift your spirit for a second words can last a #lifetime#mentalhealth#mentalillness
It’s amazing how so many #people who are irrelevant in your life interfere with no reason fuck one part of it up and makes you feel like shit later we get over the situation but not the reason why #bipolardisorder#mentalhealth
@virginmedia please consider having measures in place to help people with mental disability as you do for people with physical disabilities this needs to be said
#mentalhealth is just as serious as physical disabilities. Everyday services like @virginmedia have not have these circumstances in mind nor do they help when a #mental health sufferers are distressed asking for help
I can’t say I’m normal cus I’m not to some but to me being #bipolar is my kind of normal so I can understand #mentalhealth to the extent psychiatrists can’t and I’m still surviving so will you #Survivor#EndStigma
@Mymealth @CarolineMCook1 You are so cute!
But that aside, I have a sneaky I that you are going to be okay. Don't ask, I get gut feelings, and they tell me that you are going to be okay.

@lunarruler Something will give u strength to hang in there easier said then done I know but a lot are where u r now and earth and society around you would rather have one more soul to keep goodness alive in you
@lunarruler No words can give you the courage to get these feelings away I’ve taken 14 overdoses self harm severely and my wrists so I understand the pain sometimes it doesn’t go away but sometimes something tells you to hang on and will happen to you
@ourbpfamily @HendersGraham @nigelfarage@mogg_jacob Yes it’s good but I have to combine it with antipsychotics and antidepressants too taking it twice instead of once a day helps too depakote is also good for moods
I #believe my moms passing from #asthma attack at 12 yrs of age could of contributed to me being #diagnosed with #bipolardisorder but should of been recognised when I took my first overdose at 14yrs and have had numerous diagnoses since #mentalhealth
The onset of #bipolar disorder often occurs during #childhood and adolescence. In this Academic Highlights CME activity, experts discuss current evidence on accurately diagnosing and safely and effectively treating bipolar disorder in pediatric patients. https://t.co/pVOV1ckv5T
