@airline_flycare@FlyFrontier it wasnโt just me. Poor lady also got bumped to standby and had a funeral to get to. She was sobbing. The same lazy gate agent didnโt care, wasnโt empathetic, in fact was downright rude. No wonder she didnโt make proper notes. She didnโt care!
@FlyFrontier sinks to a new lowโฆ. Sell you a ticket with a seat, right before boarding they pull your seat and put you on standby after sitting at the gate for 2 hours, never call your name for standby, claim you are a no show, and then deny a refund. #fraud

@MBJAIRPORT Curiousโฆ. Did this construction have anything to do with the systems being down all throughout the airport as early as 7:00 am this morning? Checkin desks were phoning in passport verifications and gate clerks had no communication. Seems to be more than a runway issue.
