Went to my first music festival yesterday! Drove 3.5 hours with my bff/sil for the @ShakyKneesFest in Atlanta. Had such a good time. Was mostly to see @lovejoy and @WilburSoot, but we stayed around the city for a bit.

Look at this. The first one was my first honest attempt at the anvil cat painting. Look at the difference. The first was me on a bad day (dissociation/brain-fog), the second was a normal day (and a half). o_o

Also, I've never painted a cat before. Or any animal, for that matter (unless you count the creeper). Not perfect, but I'm satisfied with how it turned out. =]

I'm not even the biggest fan of @lovejoy (I can vibe to some of their music, don't get me wrong), but for some reason the anvil cat aesthetic just inspired me.
