I have ordered 3 parcels from 3 different suppliers, everyone of those suppliers used #Evri and everyone has been delayed with no explanation or an update on when they intend to deliver. Previously I ordered from GAME and Evri lost the package, I was refunded by GAME.

@GAMEdigital are using #Evri to deliver parcels. Check out all the bad publicity the courier has online. Please use #DPD as an alternative, had no issues with them.

@ubereats_uk have refunded me £1 for a spilt coffee costing £3.85 and will no longer resolve the issue as they deem this a refund. Shocking customer service. Second time a drink has been spilt, for nearly £4 delivery the drinks should be delivered in pristine condition.
