@McDonalds … I’m going to go to news outlets because the public deserves to know how badly McDonald’s treats their customers, and how much they actually care about the revenue that we provide. Sad I love Quarte pounders w/ cheese
@McDonalds Hello, I paid for an order, went to pick it up, and the line was around the building. I left without my order, due to being there for a half hour and not getting my food, and I requested a refund and did not get it.
@McDonalds …and all of the messages sent, down to the video of me asking to see the manager and him telling me to contact the owner, who’s number he didn’t provide, though I was able to obtain, who does not make any attempts…
@McDonalds … corporate, however to no avail I have been led in a circle over $30. By the way. I went to that location and the manager still did not give me a refund. He went to the back refusing to even speak to me. My next step is to take my attempts of communication…

@overtime I hate it when people that don’t know anything about the service get on and have an opinion about something they know nothing about please check your sources do some research or read for a change before you ask stupid questions.
