Noticed a funny dynamic at side events:

​The big KOLs are genuinely nice, approachable, and actually take the time to talk and show appreciation.

​I went up to a few without even revealing my handle first - just told them I follow and love their work, and they were all so down to earth

​On the flip side, it feels like the small to mid-tier KOLs are often the ones carrying an ego lmao

​I got the impression that some are trying way too hard to only network with people bigger than them, or anyone who can bring value to the table to them

​I understand we all have different agendas and motives when putting ourselves out there at these events, but let's not forget that we're all human

Web3 space is a small circle. The clout is temporary, but how you treat people when you think they can't do anything for you lasts forever

Network for the value, sure sure mate. Just don't forget the easiest alpha in this space is just simply not being a dick

One security tip.

When you buy a hardware wallet (or download a new software wallet), leave it for a couple of weeks before moving any meaningful amount of funds to it.

And follow the news in those weeks (and after), for hacks, etc. Hardware can be tempered with, software official website can be hacked. Self custody comes with extra responsibilities.

Your compassion.

Your discernment.

Your relationship with God.

Because what's the purpose of gaining the world if you lose yourself along the way?

I still want to build.

To grow.

To create opportunities.

To empower people.

To experience everything beautiful that life has to offer.

But never at the expense of what truly matters.

And I've also learned that those who choose manipulation, slander, gossip, or deception are ultimately responsible for the consequences of their actions.

What we sow, we reap.

But I don't need to witness someone's downfall to find peace.

I don't need revenge to move forward.

And I don't need to become like those who may have wronged me.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝘄𝗻.

Human beings may be gatekeepers of their own spaces, but they are not gatekeepers of God's purpose for your life.

I don't need to enter every room.

I don't need to chase every opportunity.

And I don't need everyone's approval to recognize my own worth.

I also don't need anyone to follow my footsteps for my journey to have meaning.

𝗪𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.

I simply want to continue becoming the person God calls me to be.

Because at the end of the day, my greatest strength will always be my faith.

Not because I know what tomorrow holds.

But because I know where I place my trust.

And whatever I build in this lifetime, I want to remain whole, grounded, and faithful to the One who guided me through it all. 🤍🙏🏽

🤍✨ 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 in life isn't your wealth, achievements, connections, influence, or everything you've built. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗛.

Because everything in this world is subject to change.

Money comes and goes.

Businesses rise and fall.

Relationships evolve.

People stay. People leave.

Opportunities appear, and sometimes, doors close.

But I've learned that not every closed door is a loss, and not every open door is a blessing.

Sometimes, what we think we're missing is simply not aligned with where we're meant to go.

And this brings me to something I've reflected on over the years.

Gatekeepers.

In life and business, you'll encounter people who seem to hold the keys to opportunities, connections, and spaces you want to enter.

But I've never believed that another person has absolute authority over my purpose.

People can control access to their own networks, institutions, and opportunities.

And I respect that.

But access is not ownership of someone else's destiny.

There's a difference between protecting what you've built and deliberately preventing others from growing.

There's a difference between having influence and using it to make people feel inferior.

And there's a difference between genuine leadership and believing everyone should depend on you to succeed.

At the same time, we must also examine ourselves.

Are we prepared for the opportunities we're seeking?

Are our intentions genuine?

Are we bringing value, or merely expecting access?

Because sometimes, the opportunity isn't the problem. It's our readiness to recognize and responsibly handle it.

And here's another thing I've come to understand.

𝗠𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀.

I've studied astrology and different spiritual philosophies for years, and one thing that has always fascinated me is how uniquely our individual paths unfold.

Through the lens of astrology, each birth chart represents a different blueprint.

Different placements.

Different lessons.

Different cycles.

Different timing.

Different opportunities for growth.

What comes naturally to one person may require years of development for another.

What I experienced at a certain age may not be what someone else is meant to experience at the same time.

And that's perfectly fine.

𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝘆.

Our individual journeys are not meant to be identical.

I see birth charts as symbolic maps for understanding our potential and patterns, not as reasons to surrender our free will or accountability.

And above every interpretation, I place my faith in God's guidance.

I've learned this through life, motherhood, relationships, and years of building businesses.

𝗔𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻, 𝘀𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁.

How you treat people matters.

How you handle success matters.

How you respond to rejection matters.

And how you carry yourself when nobody is watching matters.

You can have wealth without wisdom.

Influence without integrity.

Recognition without fulfillment.

And a calendar full of meetings without making meaningful progress.

That's why I no longer believe everything needs to be forced.

Not every connection needs to become a partnership.

Not every opportunity deserves pursuit.

Not every person needs to understand you.

And not every moment of rest means you're falling behind.

𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

You still have to show up, work hard, honor your responsibilities, and take accountability for your decisions.

But you also have to recognize what is beyond your control.

I've come to understand that the greatest success isn't simply building something extraordinary.

It's becoming someone who can sustain it without losing yourself.

Your character.

Your integrity.

I've been in blockchain since 2016, and the evolution has been remarkable.

We've gone from Bitcoin and ICOs to DeFi, NFTs, Layer 2s, stablecoins, and now RWAs and institutional finance.

The infrastructure has matured.

Adoption is catching up.

The next breakthrough is usability.
