The most basic enemies (unless you want specific species) are like vines tentacles goblins undead maybe some dragons and other specific humanoid creatures

You can always of course give suggestions and ideas to best suit your fantasies!

Generally the basics remain that the dungeon can seem endless the deeper they go, there will be enough water and food to find but they cannot escape the loop once they are to deep in.
