@CEOOFMT I think the real argument here is that all writers should just study and do their research when it comes to any character that they may not directly relate to. That way they're equipped to write whoever and appeal to whichever demographic they're aiming for.

@Animencyclo Whether or not you like One Pieces art style, Oda's an artist through and through. He has a lot of passion for illustration. I remember reading something along the lines of he straight up makes things happen in the manga just cos he really feels like drawing them.
