I don't need disclosure. I already know.
Intelligences, God, angels, demons, djinn, however we want to think of them, are undeniable to me, and having a year to think about it, has led me inevitably to #Jung and consideration of the intelligences of the Unconscious, #Archetypes.
* I wrote this a little over a year ago. I'm not qt because the original post that I qt has blocked me, (accused me of being a fundamentalist π) and it bugs me that I can't see it. Anyways
I haven't talked about this but, my last π experience, not knowing what #Ophanim are, I experienced something like this - wheels within wheels. I did not see to the center, and only managed to see 2 maybe 3 wheels, and in the place of eyes, were glowing symbols. And I was taken.
If you've been following along, you'll know that I have been talking about how this experience was different from any other I've had with psychedelics, and that *Intelligences* were overwhelmingly impressed upon me.
I know there is some debate as to whether or not Ophanim are Angels, or perhaps maybe some sort of technology that allows for transport.
I make no claim to know, only that what I experienced was seeing the wheels, and then being taken, almost instantly (for 6 to 8 hrs) on some sort of journey that was way beyond the comprehension of my monkey mind. Still trying to sort it. May take a while π - October 14 2023//
In the year or so since, that I have wrestled with this, I learned of something called #Merkabah, which can be thought of as a Light Vehicle. I like this picture better, because it was very dark, and there is what looks like a person, in it. And light vehicle makes sense to me, because as I said in the original post, I was taken.
Ophanim are sometimes thought of as a throne of some sort that allowed for travel, and the Merkabah has at least a similar function, transport.
A few things I haven't talked about: As I mentioned, Intelligences that were way beyond me, were involved. During the experience, as I was travelling, I kept saying, 'I did not consent to this' - The frequent response I was given was 'Stop talking'.
I have wrestled with what that meant/ means, and I still don't know. But, at one point as I was coming back to myself, a Presence said: This is what you wanted right? This is what you asked for?' - something like that.
Anyways, this experience has had a profound impact on my #Theism. Instead of a sort of milquetoast theism of exploring Ontology (what God might be) suddenly, Intelligences are undeniable, and I made a radical turn to, what God might want.
Intelligences, God, angels, demons, djinn, however we want to think of them, are undeniable to me, and having a year to think about it, has led me inevitably to #Jung and consideration of the intelligences of the Unconscious, #Archetypes.
I'll likely have more to say on Light Bodies, and different types of bodies in future, but this is already long enough.
When I heard about this movie, I said that I don't need disclosure, I already know. Jonathan's analysis is very welcome, and confirms that I won't be seeing it.
I am already convinced of 'alien' intelligences far beyond our own monkey minds. Yes, they are here. I am not however sold on their universal benevolence.
Propaganda like this has no power here any more.
I promised no spoilers as much as possible, but here is the basics for Disclosure Day. It is one of the most shocking pieces of propaganda I have seen in a while. It is the last call of the WWII consensus: aliens are your saviors and empathy is the only virtue.
In a post-Epstein world, it dares have a story of children seduced and kidnapped by aliens pretending to be Disney-style animals, taken to Hansel and Gretel's house (this is what it is called in the movie) to be "imbued" by aliens in a way so traumatic that they forget and repress it until they are adults, only to discover that this initiation has given them the power to:
See people's secret thoughts.
Pretend to be other people and use that to manipulate.
Make things in plain view disappear.
Translate foreign and alien languages.
Be a "passenger" for the alien's message to the world.
This is nothing to say about its take on Christianity and the suggested apostasy around accepting these beings.
Then finally the entire movie is a final desperate appeal to the traditional media as the only purveyors of truth. The entire drama of the film is a man who has irrefutable video proof of aliens looking to release it. The whole movie is a series of chases against the evil corporation that wants to keep it hidden. He ends up releasing it on the evening news! Yes, you heard me. He releases it on the evening news which is then transmitted to all the traditional media companies that are named: ABC, CNN, Fox News etc. Anyone under 70 will realize that the movie could have ended in 10 minutes with a laptop and wifi. It is really mad.
Don't go see it.
"The normal man can follow the general trend without injury to himself; but the man who takes to the back streets and alleys because he cannot endure the broad highway will be the first to discover the psychic elements that are waiting to play their part in the life of the collective."
Okay cool, we can work with this, although to be clear, what you actually said was:
//gullible religious whacko idiot//
You have made some claims, so here's your chance mate:
What fairytales do I believe in? Be specific - as you are confident enough to make the claim, this should be easy for you.
@Myshkin08 Stating facts isn't name calling chief.
You're a gullible idiot that believes in fairy tales that you have absolutely zero evidence and proof of.
No no, you with you atheist acumen (in typical atheist fashion I'll add) have in the short interaction we've had, determined that I believe in fairytales, and you're so confident in your claim, that you've called me a gullible religious whacko idiot.
Support your claim. Be specific.
Oh dear, another typical atheist. He's glad to clear up for me, why people are atheist. Of course it is apropos of nothing, having naught to do with anything I said.
They spit these trite atheist talking points that were old when the New Atheists were a thing, thinking they've scored points. Almost bot behaviour.
@Myshkin08 People are atheist for a simple reason.
Absolutely zero evidence and proof of the existence of a "god" or any other supernatural entity.
It's pretty much that simple and I'm glad I could clear it up for you.
It certainly is when the atheist in question has poor reading comprehension and sloppy thinking. If they can't understand what is being said to them, what conversation is possible?
It should be noted btw, that if you feel degraded, that's on you. Me noting your sloppy thinking and poor reading comprehension is simply an accurate observation, based on the evidence of our very short interaction.
An all too typical exchange with an online atheist. Sad really.
I can see why you're an atheist, and I am indeed wasting my time. Your thinking is very sloppy, and your reading comprehension is weak. In a short thread where I have been abundantly clear that I am talking about evidence, you continue to try and conflate with other things.
In my last post, I explicitly ask for your agreement that we are talking about evidence, and of course, you can't do that, and instead, tell me that you can't blindly agree to an example I haven't given.
Not much else I can do here. Again, I see why you are an atheist.
I can't agree or disagree with an example you haven't actually named yet. If you want to present your example, present it. But demanding I agree blindly while simultaneously claiming your argument has nothing to do with Godβthe very thing we are discussingβmakes it seem like you're just looking for an exit strategy.
So you decide if I am wasting my time.
@hookskat You continue trying to conflate things. I didn't say anything about bridging a gap to a god (that now has to be a 'creator' god). We're still talking about evidence.
Do you agree, or am I wasting my time?
Why are you conflating things? Let's stick to the subject shall we? The subject is the type of evidence you have limited yourself to. It is insufficient to deal with reality.
I'll use myself as an example: I don't believe in God because of what men have written, I believe because of experience. Many people are the same. The point is that this evidence is subjective, and like the dream, cannot be shared in an objective manner.
In any case, I wasn't making a a case for 'reliable proof' (whatever that is). I'm pointing out that your method is a category error - you are looking in the wrong places, and in the wrong way.
So of course you won't find it.
What if I am able to give you an example of something in reality, for which we have no evidence, yet is something we pretty much all accept? What then?
Okay, I have a bit of time for you.
On the first point, I agree. On the second, you do yourself a disservice.
Many theists claim experiences of God, gods, and other assorted supernatural entities. These experiences are evidence, to them. It's a subjective kind of evidence, to which you are not open. So you've closed the door. Of course you won't find it.
Consider a dream: If I had a dream that I met a man wearing a blue cape, could I provide you evidence that that what I'm saying is true? Of course not. Does that mean then that I did not have the dream I claim to have had? Of course not.
It's a category error. So of course, you won't find it.
On the second: There are more God concepts beside the one Christianity teaches. Why have you narrowed the search to such an extent? Atheists claim that they lack faith in any God concept, but it is remarkable actually that they have a very specific God concept that they reject, which is usually some caricature of the Christian God.
Why do you think that is?
I think a certain amount of tribalism is inevitable. It's deep within us. More than that, there are certain tribes that will place you in a tribe, whether or not you put yourself there.
To some, I am part of the 'cracker' tribe, no matter how I might feel about it.
The return of the word 'retard' was welcome. Not sure how I feel about the return of the 'N word' with the hard R. I think once you've crossed that particular Rubicon, you've drawn a line that you might regret.
Having said that, I can kind of see the justification.
