Submission fees are supposed to help manage volume. If capacity is limited, say so clearly and make the real deadline visible.
Closing paid categories before the published deadline shifts an organizational problem onto writers, especially those scraping together the fee while revising around a declared deadline and holding down day jobs.
Unfair. Arbitrary. Not transparent.

We subscribed to this on July 22nd. The service worked for about 9-10 days and then it stopped. The Supergrok heavy dropdown option / button itself is greyed out. We cannot even click on it. We have been trying to get a response to our emails to support / billing / messaged via grok app, DM’d on here and no response, the service was not restored and no refund has been issued. It’s been extremely disappointing.

We upgraded to Supergrok heavy on July 22nd and it stopped working on Aug 4th.
We were charged $300. We have tried reporting this issue by sending a DM here on X. We sent an email to [email protected] and also tried to connect with someone on your discord server to no avail.
No response, no resolution.
