This is the original video. I shot it, I own it, and I am the creator of record. It is not open for reposting without permission.
Here is the part that has not made it into any of the coverage. That boy was moments from not coming back. A few seconds, a few degrees, a few yards of distance, and this is a very different story with a very different ending. And if it had ended that way, the lifeguard who went in after him would have been left to carry it largely on his own.
A firefighter, a police officer, or a paramedic who works a call that ends in a death has access to counseling, peer support, and critical incident debriefing. That exists because we decided as a country that the people we send toward the worst moments of other people's lives should not have to process those moments alone. Open water lifeguards, in most places, have none of that, because they are not categorized as first responders. Same water, same outcomes, same weight afterward, different classification on paper.
That is what H.Res. 1188 is about. It would formally recognize open water lifeguards as first responders and emergency response providers. It is sitting in committee right now. If you watched this video and felt something, that is the thing worth doing something about.
And in the meantime: watch your kids every second they are in the water, and swim near a lifeguard.
To the guards at Seabright and everywhere else, thank you. Nearly all of what you do never ends up on camera.

We’re going to bring this heroic young man, and his family, into the White House with, perhaps, the boy he saved, to give him a High Civilian Honor. Very brave, he deserves it! President DONALD J. TRUMP
The most powerful full moon of the year arrives on July 29th! Peaking at 6° Aquarius while making aspects to Pluto, Hera, Jupiter, Vulcan, Hercules, Uranus, Apollo and the Sun with Saturn freshly retrograde in Aries, we will soon be within a divine nexus of reality transformation themed to liberty, justice and the diminishing of dark power which Pluto in Aquarius astrologically represents.
The full moon's exact opposition to great benefic Jupiter at 6° Leo indicates that this is a time of prosperous, ascension-promoting social and relational reconnection that can entail higher levels of growth, cooperation and evolution within existing relationships. Much of the light, wealth and fortunate opportunity will be shining on relationship levels as August begins so focus there for victory.
Heaven-sent partnerships and glorious partnership developments are part of God's full moon grace so be at your social and interpersonal best to harvest and manifest at peak levels. This is also a good time to say goodbye to relationships and social circles that no longer resonate with your highest path and the new self that is being born in you through the new fire of Saturn in Aries.
I see two weeks of divine matchmaking ahead with an abundance of creative, intellectual and communicative energies entering in support of new goal and dream achievements. The people who are truly with God will be boosted along to enjoy new goal and dream manifestations while new higher dimensional light is seeded to guarantee this new trend for months and years of time ahead.
Positive changes of course with medical affairs and healing processes is also a part of this full moon which squares Apollo who continues to transit in medical, salvation-resonant Scorpio. For many of us August will begin with life saving or life restoring healing events as well as positive new timelines for health and wellness improvements. New health ascension is upon us.
Pluto is the dark money super-planet so with the full moon activating in conjunction with Pluto we can expect rumblings, crashes, disruptions and shocking criminal revelations connected to the dark money world that Pluto rules over. Like a black hole sucking the wealth from human society this full moon signals a reckoning time directly against Pluto and the network of Pluto.
Aquarius rules community so this is an important time for us to contemplate our best roles in community upliftment while taking decisive action toward that end. The full moon energy will enlighten us on how best we can serve our communities, follow through with courage, action and leadership to be fully aligned with God. Bring power to the people as you are best able.
Aquarius energy is higher dimensional, cosmic and godly in nature so with this full moon trining Hercules and Uranus in cognitive Gemini we can expect an exotic burst of higher dimensional mental energy that can express through Olympic creativity, divine intelligence downloads and other forms of higher mind capability. Make the world more beautiful as your mind leaps and blossoms.
Coalitions, tribes, networks, teams, communities and societies are all things that Aquarius rules, the sign where the like minded gather as one and often in service of a higher purpose. Be sure to expand your social network of light and strength aggressively over the next month while Heaven's matchmaking energy surges. Righteous networks are very important where we are headed, network wisely.
With the Sun, Jupiter and Vulcan all in Leo at the full moon time royal streaks, themes and synchronicities will be appearing in great abundance and many of our best wealth ascension opportunities will be connected to them. Sudden changes of heart is another theme that I see along with rapidly shifting loyalties. May new peace and justice find you through this Aquarian full moon.
Giving my best to the astrological community,

Libra and Leo people- Take care of your health specially if you are going through 6L AD or Saturn AD.
Taurus Virgo Cancer- Your good time is now if going through favourable AD also.
Having most planets in the 3rd, 6th, 10th, or 11th houses means your life is driven more by your choices and willpower than by pre-written fate.

Geraldine Tyler was 94 years old.
She owned a one-bedroom condo in Minneapolis. Paid off. Hers.
In 2010 she moved into assisted living after a shooting near her building left her afraid to stay.
She couldn't afford rent at the new place AND the property taxes on the old condo.
She fell **$2,300** behind.
Over five years, the county added almost **$13,000** in penalties, interest, and fees. A 550% increase on the original debt.
When she couldn't pay that, Hennepin County seized the condo.
Sold it for **$40,000**.
Kept every dollar.
Not the $15,000 she owed. All $40,000. The entire equity of a home she'd paid off.
A federal appeals court ruled that was legal.
She wasn't alone. Bennie Coleman, 76, was removed from his Washington D.C. home by U.S. Marshals over **$134** in unpaid property taxes. The house was worth $197,000. The government took all of it.
Tyler took her case to the Supreme Court in 2023. She won unanimously. Nine to zero.
It took a 94-year-old woman thirteen years and the highest court in the country to establish that the government can't keep your equity after collecting a $2,300 debt.
Thirteen years to prove that taking $40,000 to settle $2,300 is theft.
That's how far the system will go before someone stops it.
Most people don’t get to choose when to be admitted to hospital, but if you can… AVOID weekends whenever possible.
Skeleton staff, tests delayed, fewer doctors around, care is generally much slower.
I’ve worked in dozens of hospitals in the USA and UK… and this is ALWAYS true
The Baby Boomer's had measles, mumps and chicken pox.
Today's kids have Autism, SID's, Seizures, Tourette's, Lupus, Allergies, Diabetes Type 1, Ovarian Failure, Autoimmunity, Cancer and much more.
Time to research vaccines.
Saturn Retrograde Phase
(July 26 - December 11, 2026)
Tomorrow, Saturn goes retrograde in sidereal Pisces in the final nakshatra, Revati.
For the next 4 months, life may slow down just enough for you to notice what has been asking for your attention all along.
Since Saturn entered Pisces, many people have been learning where they need stronger boundaries, greater faith, and more discipline. Now comes the review.
Revati is the last stop of the zodiac. It represents endings, safe journeys, guidance, and preparing for what comes next.
Saturn here asks one simple question: "What still needs to be completed before you can move on?"
Over the next few months, expect unfinished business to return. An old responsibility, relationship, promise, or life lesson may come back for closure. If something has been left hanging, Saturn will ask you to deal with it properly.
This is also a reality check for your dreams. Pisces inspires vision, but Saturn wants a practical plan. If you've been escaping into wishful thinking, avoiding difficult decisions, or waiting for life to change on its own, this retrograde will make that impossible to ignore.
Progress may feel slower, but don't mistake that for failure. Saturn is creating space to strengthen your foundation. What feels delayed now is often being refined for the long term.
Pisces is also represented by fishes in deep waters. The lesson is not to swim faster, but to know where you're going. This is a time to trust wisdom over impulse, and purpose over distraction.
Use this retrograde to finish what you started, simplify your life, clean up loose ends, and let go of what has quietly reached its expiry date.
When Saturn turns direct in December, the road ahead will be much clearer. The work you do now will decide how strong that next chapter becomes.
Brief insights for each sign:
Aries♈ (Saturn retrograde in 12H):
Career pressure has been building for a while. Now life asks you to slow down before exhaustion makes the choice for you. Finish what's already on your plate, make peace with what didn't work, and stop carrying responsibilities that no longer belong to you.
Taurus♉ (Saturn Rx in 11H):
Your future is changing, so your circle will too. Some friendships, goals, and professional connections have served their purpose. This is a good time to reconnect with mentors, redefine success, and invest your energy where it truly grows.
Gemini♊ (Saturn Rx in 10H):
Your career is asking bigger questions than, "What's next?" Does this work still feel meaningful? Recognition may come slowly, but your reputation is being built one decision at a time. Build something you'll still be proud of years from now.
Cancer♋ (Saturn Rx in 9H):
Your beliefs are growing up. Old ideas, teachers, or life philosophies may no longer fit the person you've become. This is a good time to study deeply, travel with purpose, and let experience become your greatest teacher.
Leo♌ (Saturn Rx in 8H):
Some burdens can't be carried forever. This is a season to face fears, clear debts, rebuild trust, and let go of emotional weight you've been dragging behind you. Healing begins when you stop pretending you're unaffected.
Virgo ♍ (Saturn Rx in 7H):
Every relationship is showing you something about yourself. The strongest bonds become stronger through honesty. The weak ones reveal where effort has only been coming from one side. Choose commitment over convenience.
Libra ♎ (Saturn Rx in 6H):
Your daily habits are shaping your future more than your big dreams. Fix your routine, look after your health, and stop postponing small responsibilities. The little things you repeat every day are becoming your destiny.
Scorpio ♏ (Saturn Rx in 5H):
Joy deserves discipline too. An old creative dream, unfinished project, or forgotten passion may return. Give it your time instead of waiting for motivation. What you nurture now has the potential to stay with you for years.
Homeschool students read Tolkien, Thomas Jefferson, & Marcus Aurelius before public school students even learn how to read, yet every other week, another TV network sends their shills to attack homeschoolers. The System is terrified that our kids will be able to think critically.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE: MOVE THE FLUID, NOT THE SKIN
The brush leaves a satisfying pink stripe. You feel the tingle and tell yourself the lymphatic system is waking up. But the fluid you are trying to move is not anywhere near the surface.
It sits a centimeter or two deeper, locked inside a dense fascial sleeve that your bristle brush will never touch. The entire dry brushing industry is built on the illusion that surface friction can drain deep compartments.
It cannot. The real pumps operate behind a sealed roof, and they respond to a completely different set of signals.
Lymphatic collectors are not passive drainage tubes. Each one is a chain of muscular chambers called lymphangions, separated by one-way valves. These chambers squeeze rhythmically on their own, generating pressures anywhere from 15 to 50 mmHg.
That is enough to keep fluid crawling forward when you are horizontal. But stand up for an hour and gravity laughs at that trickle. Something else has to take over.
Skeletal muscle contraction is that something. Every muscle in your body lives inside a tight fibrous compartment. When the muscle contracts, it expands and presses against that compartment wall. The entire envelope squeezes, spiking local pressure past 50 mmHg.
The pressure difference between the resting tone and that contraction peak forces the valves open like a series of sluice gates. Tracer studies using radiological dye show that active muscle pumping multiplies lymphatic clearance rates several fold.
Without it, fluid sits and stagnates. The brush never generates that subfascial squeeze. It cannot. The fascia blocks external compression just as effectively as it contains the internal pressure.
Even muscle work alone cannot finish the job. All the lymph from your legs and abdomen must eventually empty into the subclavian vein near your collarbone. That final delivery depends on the diaphragm.
With a deep inhalation, the diaphragm descends, compresses the belly, and expands the chest cavity. This creates a negative pressure inside the thorax that sucks lymph up the thoracic duct like a straw.
Ultrasound imaging shows the terminal duct widening from about 1.64 mm to 1.83 mm during inspiration, lowering resistance right at the exit. Shallow breathing or holding your breath kills that vacuum instantly. The entire column of fluid stalls. You can brush your skin until it is raw and the diaphragm will still be the one holding the door open.
There is another propulsion layer that most people never consider. Vertical acceleration. When you bounce gently on a trampoline or even rhythmically shift your weight from heel to toe, the repeated fluctuations in G-force stretch the walls of those lymphangions.
That stretch opens mechanosensitive Piezo1 channels, which depolarize the muscle cells and let calcium flood in, triggering a fresh wave of active contractions. More stretch equals more preload, which bumps up both the frequency and the stroke volume of the pump. A few minutes of micro-bounces sends a cellular command that no amount of external scraping can mimic.
All this contraction machinery runs on fuel. After each squeeze, the smooth muscle cells have to pump calcium back out of the cytoplasm to relax. That is an ATP-driven process. If energy supply dips, calcium builds up and the pump spasms or seizes.
The soleus muscle in your calf is uniquely built for this. Its highly oxidative fibers can sustain low-intensity contractions without draining glycogen reserves. Seated calf raises become an almost effortless way to keep the deep pumps primed without burning through your cellular energy budget.
This shifts the whole approach. Dynamic muscle compression, things like seated heel raises, standing calf lifts, bodyweight squats, generates the internal pressure spikes that open lymphatic valves and force fluid upward.
First thing in the morning, a few minutes of deep diaphragmatic breathing drains the fluid that pooled horizontally overnight. A short walk or some seated soleus pumping after meals helps the gut’s lymphatic vessels absorb fats and clear the area, preventing that post-meal sluggishness.
Gentle bouncing on a mini-trampoline, even a few minutes of micro-bounces, delivers the stretch signal that amplifies intrinsic pump activity. These strategies target the inner machinery. The skin is a non-participant.
The dietary support for these pumps is equally straightforward and completely ignored by the wellness industry. The smooth muscle cells depend on a steady supply of glucose to power the calcium-removing enzymes.
Easily digestible carbohydrates from ripe fruit, orange juice, honey, or well-cooked white rice keep the cellular energy balance tilted in the right direction. Balancing sodium from unrefined sea salt with potassium from coconut water, root vegetables, or fruit supports fluid equilibrium across cell membranes.
Hydration also matters, but not in the way the water bottle influencers preach. Sipping a mixture of fresh juice or coconut water with filtered water and a pinch of salt throughout the day maintains osmolality and avoids sudden fluid shifts.
Gulping huge volumes of plain water dilutes blood sodium and can overwhelm the kidneys’ ability to clear free water, pushing excess fluid straight into the interstitial spaces and making the swelling worse. That is the opposite of what you want.
The people selling brushes and rollers and fascia scraping tools will never tell you any of this. They cannot, because their business model depends on the fantasy that the solution is external. But the data is unambiguous.
Lymphatic health is not a skin-level game. The brushes heat the surface and leave you feeling temporarily invigorated. That sensation tricks you into thinking something productive happened. Meanwhile the real fluid sits deep in the compartments, untouched.
The body’s own machinery, activated by muscle contractions, breath, and bounce, moves that fluid with precision and efficiency. Once you stop treating puffiness as a top-layer problem and start working with the internal pumps, the entire picture shifts from external friction to an elegant, energy-backed internal rhythm.
The question is simple. Do you believe the anatomy textbooks and tracer studies, or the people selling dry brushes and promising detox miracles?
A detailed practical application is described in the attached Part 2. Part 3 condenses that entire action plan into a quick bullet-point cheat sheet.
Do you know what goes on in your body and mind when you sing?
1. Singing gives vibrations to the body, which increase our vitality.
2. During singing, special chemicals are produced in the human brain that help us feel peace and joy.
3. Singing improves blood circulation, which has a beneficial effect on the vocal chords, tonsils, and many lymph nodes, meaning it greatly boosts local immunity (i.e. rarely colds).
4. Improving blood flow during singing leads to activation of brain activity: you become more intense, memory improves, any information is more easily perceptible.
5. Improves blood flow to the head as a whole rejuvenates the body, improves skin conditions.
6. Singing is very useful for lung diseases, as it not only replaces breathing exercises, but it also promotes the development of the thorax, proper breathing, which significantly reduces the number of exacerbations.
7. With regular coral classes, immunoglobulin-A and hydrocortisone levels increase in the body, which are signs of good immunity.
That's why experts recommend singing at least 5 minutes a day, equating singing with exercise.
Keep yourself healthy and melodious!

I just spoke with Mr Kirby and his CPA, and confirmed all the details are correct, and this travesty began in the Biden era. I've made contact with the current top officials at the IRS and made them aware. We should have this resolved very soon. I'll keep you posted. GitRDone🇺🇸
