You can choose who has access to you.
You can choose what energy you allow into your space.

And yes… you can BLOCK someone.

You don’t need a committee vote.
You don’t need anyone else’s approval.
You don’t have to defend your decision, write an explanation, or present evidence convincing enough for everyone else.

If an interaction continually brings toxicity, disrespect, manipulation, unnecessary drama, or simply disrupts your peace, you are allowed to close the door.

Boundaries are not something other people get to negotiate on your behalf.

And remember: a boundary doesn’t have to mean hatred. Sometimes it simply means:

“I’m choosing what I allow access to my life, my time, my energy, and my peace.”

People may disagree with your boundary.
They may not understand it.
They may even be offended by it.

They still don’t get to dictate it.

Your social media.
Your space.
Your boundaries.
Your choice.
