After a great deal of thought and many difficult conversations, we’ve made the decision to shut down Mythia.

We know that many of you didn’t just give us your time. You supported Mythia through subscriptions, lifetime memberships, feedback, testing, word of mouth, and an incredible amount of trust. Some of you invested deeply in this world, shared it with friends or family, and made it part of your lives. We understand that this news may feel like a real loss, and we want you to know how seriously we take that.

Building Mythia with all of you has been an unforgettable experience. While this journey is ending sooner than any of us wanted, we will always be proud of what we created together.

Ultimately, this decision comes down to sustainability. Despite our best efforts, we were not able to secure additional funding, and we never reached a point where Mythia’s incoming support could reliably cover the ongoing costs of operating the platform — especially the AI and infrastructure required to keep it running. Continuing in this state would not have been responsible, even though it was deeply painful to accept.

The Mythia app will be removed from the App Store, and the web app will also be shut down at the end of February. Until then, we hope you know how grateful we are for every moment, every story, and every bit of trust you shared with us.

Thank you for believing in Mythia, for supporting it financially, and for helping shape it into what it became. We are deeply proud of what we built together.
