Today I have successfully determined which videogames give me the best dopamine:
- Puzzle games
- Skill challenge games
- Tactical/Optimization games (Without too much stuff, most 4k games bore me to tears)

Citizen Sleeper for example, is one of the few story rpgs I've played and loved because of the Optimization factor.

Meanwhile action ttrpgs bore me to death because they fall under the "Too much going on" category (specially when spells are involved)
