The formula to grow on X is

There is no formula, just yap about whatever you want + use it in your favor (public accountability, build in public, etc.).

Don’t think of this algorithm bullshit, that shit changes every 6 months or so, you cannot humanly keep up.

One thing you can keep up though is the fun / joy of documenting things.
