@FlyFrontier 17 hours waiting for a flight…17 hours is not a delay but a CANCELLATION! They try to play with the words to avoid the fallout & paying us for our time. This is ridiculous for flight 1248 DFW to Orlando. Nothing but lies & excuses. 1 am & we’re still at the airport.

Worst experience ever at @Hertz on Cassatt in Jacksonville, FL. I’m a loyal president circle member 25+ rentals a year. I waited 4+ hrs to get a car reserved 2 weeks in advance. Was told original car needed an oil change then lied to by district manager Charles
