@Target credit/debit is currently double processing transactions as of 8/3. They refuse to refund any duplicate and requesting that customers dispute it via their bank/credit card institution. If you just made a purchase double check your transactions!

@KaySand_ I would suggest you hold off , they are having nationwide credit/ debit issues as of 8/2 confirmed by their corporate office 800-440-0680. They are double processing customers transactions.
