I’m sharing my experience because paying members deserve better.

The Edge Fitness at 950 Northwest Plaza, Saint Ann, MO has become incredibly disappointing. Every month, membership dues are collected without fail, yet the condition of the facility continues to decline.

The group fitness room has had multiple areas of the ceiling leaking, with large trash cans catching water instead of the problem being permanently repaired. I have photos and video documenting what members have been dealing with.

Classes were also moved without any notice into a much smaller room that doesn’t even have the equipment needed for many workouts, yet members are still paying the same price.

One of the most concerning experiences I’ve had was seeing someone I understood to be the Assistant Sales Manager Dorothy’s husband Daniel—who, to my knowledge, is not an employee—speaking to employees and members as though he had authority over the club. As a member, I found that completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

Customer service has also been disappointing. Members deserve to be treated with respect when they voice concerns, not made to feel like they don’t matter.

There are plenty of other gyms within just a few miles. I truly hope Edge Fitness corporate addresses these issues before more members decide to leave.

I’m posting this because I believe prospective members deserve to see the condition of the facility for themselves. The attached photos and video speak louder than words.

SOMEONE OF AUTHORITY TO CALL ME I AM READY TO CALL THE LOCAL NEWS AND ATTORNEY GENERAL! this company is a complete scam reference number 202601813742 call on April 9, 2026 with supervisor Laura stating that all of my claims should have been approved when they were denied also stated she would resubmit and that the services that I was provided by my dentist were covered under my plan and they still denied reference number 202602273739 Jamie May 5, 2026 stated they denied the claims that Laura resubmitted indicating that D4341 D4342 and D4910 that two of the codes were not done prior to the last Code. I asked her to explain that she couldn't even explain what that meant. She had no idea she told me I needed to just appeal. Write a letter and appeal and hopefully they would call me and explain why they are denying my claims indicated because clearly the service I had was covered and she's thinking they're stating the other codes were not done like I was not billing them for other stuff or didn't have another service done that I should have been billing them for. It's a complete joke Run do not use this company. They have done this to me for the last five years and I've had to call and spend my time on the phone for hours re-appealing and appealing only for them to pay. They are just hoping you don't keep calling and don't question it is a way for them to get out of paying your benefits. The dates of denial 2/27/24,6/24,10/24,2/25,6/25,10/26
Now they are calling saying they have never paid a claim which is BS I have had this service for the last 4 years calling every year with this issue you mean you have no notes escalation #202602485226
