@Blue_Footy It’s the duty of a coach to charge his team up, especially when they become too relaxed. That wasn’t the first time the team would sit on a goal lead only to end up losing a match they could’ve won. Maresca needs to do better in this aspect.
Chelsea is getting nowhere with this midfield situation. Even when all players are available, there are no AMFs in the team. If Palmer can play the role, will he play all matches? How does a team settle for a season with a depleted squad full of DMs?
With Haaland as the target man, Enzo, like any good midfielder, will have many assists. But you can’t watch Cherki play and still claim that Enzo is a £100m+ player. He’s just a good player, not an exceptional one.

Enzo Fernández on his Champions League debut for Manchester City 🔥
Another time I get to assess this Arsenal side closely. Their strength lies in the collective way they press when they’re out of possession. They give you no breathing space to decide what to do with the ball until you play long balls. Besides that, they’re just an average team.
@Blue_Footy Presently, we are far behind them. Maybe when the midfield is much settled, we’ll be close. That aside, Arsenal defends in unit and attacks almost in the same pattern. That’s why it’s hard to score against them. Until we know how to do that, we’re still much behind.
I expected Welbeck to come on around 70’. Isn’t that why they added him to the team? I didn’t see both Pedro and Rogers in the match and that’s because they can’t flourish in every match. Knowing when to change the attacking structure on time would help the team a lot.
Today, I saw another set piece style from Arsenal. It looks simple but extremely deadly. They must’ve recruited some genius who’re focused on exploiting the loopholes in the traditional set piece system. Whether dirty or shitty, they just want to win.
