@airindia for last 4 days I have been trying to book travel using an approved open ticket. Customer Support has repeatedly made errors with approval process and for last 2 days they have been sending Amadeus payment Lynn that consistently fails. #horrible

@MoCA_GoI Sir this is leeching Indian citizens and what makes me sad is that this is by an airline that is supposed to be India’s crown jewel. My mom won’t survive for a lot of days. They have already made me wait 4 days and are now doing price gouging
