@TreyNaylor_ Its definitely hard but that's not the part I struggle with. It sounds awful but I don't really like a lot of adults period, but kids I have the softest spot for, so just the change in demographic is taking is toll.

Had a new client move in last weekend. He is a hard one. As a company we have shifted from DCFS kids to DSPD (disabled). With the shift we don't just have youth, all the guys I'm in charge of are adults. My skill set is more applicable to working with children. 🫤

Apparently no one was scheduled to work this morning.
So after having 2 hours (max) sleep on Thurs night, working from 10am -1030pm last night, not going to bed until well after 4 am, I was called to go into work.
