ADHDers have difficulty starting (activating).
Starting from 0 is the hardest.. But once we've picked up some momentum, starting new tasks becomes easier.
Its why I need projects to keep the engine of mind running. Letting it turn off is letting the hypoactivity set in. /1

That's a definitely a sign you might be ADHD or autistic and should talk to a professional about that
@jollyrichbutt @AskADHD It's just the terminology for any symptom a person didn't directly witness. I know it sounds rude but a lot of the time it isn't meant to be! (But here, possibly?)
@jollyrichbutt @AskADHD Looks like they were trying to explain their role in treatment and their reasoning behind their actions/ thoughts. I don't see any intentional gaslighting but definitely someone being pretty blunt/a bit annoyed.
Wow, never thought I'd see my whole life wrapped up in such a succinct article. Creativity is the thing I wake up for each day, yet adulthood has given me a decade of monotonous daily grind that left me totally uninspired.
