At N3C meeting got some good news!Fundraising is going well. The team has raised around $1million and sold $172K in tax credits.

There is the arguement we can't afford the community center we have, and that's true. Because we are losing money on repairs and upkeep.

With all of the money coming in to the current center the profits are .35/$1 they take in, est new is .75/$1.

New Claremont Community Center (NCCC N3C). Claremont is on the rebound and requires up to date facilities to attract investment in the city.
