Can @SamsungUS kindly explain why I'm being told I have to travel three plus hours out of state to your store for a third time (incurring more than $75 in additional fees, again) to correct yet another error your sales manager made?
This is bad business.

@united Why don't you allow customers to forfeit airline credits from canceled reservations? Why do your reps hang up on customers? Why do your supervisors yell at customers? I have several more questions, but I'll wait to see if you answer these first.
