We want to thank all the volunteers who collected signatures and made this vote possible.
While we are disappointed in the outcome, 7400 voters and thousands of snowbirds have told us they want short term vacation rentals restricted from residential neighborhoods
as the other four valley cities have done.
N4N will continue monitoring the city SVTR program and work to assure the City Council honors their campaign commitment of no new permits in residential neighborhoods and to improve Hotline hours and code enforcement.

YES on A protects your neighborhoods, especially the many non-gated neighborhoods, from the negative effects that follow the appearance of STVRs. It directs STVR investment into the eleven tourist commercial zones designated for tourism.

Opponents of Measure A have amassed a war chest of outside monies to flood #LaQuinta, falsely asserting that our city can't support itself unless we surrender our neighborhoods to outside investors.
Don't let them stomp on the facts with our community.
