Appalled by the behaviour of the @MaisonValentino store guys in Dubai Mall. A belt defect, lying in their inbox since over a year and they say "ITS NORMAL".
This was acknowledged as not normal by Mumbai & Munich though - but unfortunately the service centre is in Dubai!!
@airindia When I said "I don't consent to this", your staff member Krishna Sharma said "your consent does not matter". I will wait to hear your response on this.
@airindia there's a reason one checks in early, to get a seat of their choice. First the flight gets dated delayed by over an hour and then your staff has this "my way or the highway" attitude?? Are your customers a joke to you?
Absolute ridiculous behaviour by @airindia staff Krishna Sharma at T2 Mumbai airport. If I've checked in already for seat 10D, why am I being asked to moved to 26D? And the only other option is "we'll offload you"?? I demand an answer @airindia.

The on-duty manager refused to assist, leaving us to rebook tickets at exorbitant rates for both legs. Despite 1.5 months of follow-ups via mails & calls, no response from Air India’s grievance team. Who is responsible for this harassment? Where is the accountability?

On 22/11/24, my family & I arrived at Delhi Airport for AI-915 to Dubai, only to discover our tickets were cancelled 12 hrs before departure.
No prior SMS or email from Air India informed us of this shocking cancellation.”

Even Multiple follow ups and repeated escalations won’t get the job done.
Their product warranty is a scam because they just wouldn’t help you and keep ignoring your calls. Better to go with trusted names like Bajaj or Havells when you are in need of a water geyser. #FraudCompany
