The Scripture says, “When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of God will raise up a barrier.” You’re not fighting on your own. You’re not at the mercy of fate, people, sickness. You have a defender, a protector. He’s going before you. He’s ordering your steps. He’s planned your days.
You can choose to see the positive or the negative. You can focus on what you lost or on what you have left. You can complain about what went wrong, or thank God for what’s gone right. Bad moments are inevitable, but bad days are optional. You get to choose how you respond.
Jesus told a blind man, “According to your faith, it will be done unto you.” It wasn’t God’s faith; it’s our faith. Do yourself a favor: get some more empty pots. Stretch, believe, expect. That’s how you create capacity. God wants to pour out more joy, more peace, more favor, more resources. Is there any room?
It's not over until God says it’s over. You don’t know what God is up to. When you face obstacles, things that look permanent, that’s a test. Are you going to get discouraged, give up on what God promised, or will you keep believing and thanking God that He’s working?
God doesn’t stop every difficulty. He doesn’t prevent every unfair thing, but He wouldn’t have allowed it if it was going to keep you from your purpose. He has something greater in store. Don't miss this powerful message, "From Trouble to Double" https://t.co/fzO8ZeVnAZ
When we’re off course, not making good decisions, running from God, He’ll come running to us. That doesn’t disqualify you. It's just the opposite. You’re who God chooses. He sees what’s in you. He knows your potential.
Many times, it’s not other people underestimating us; we’re underestimating ourselves. It’s not the Goliath’s holding us back; it’s the lies that we’re buying into. Don’t discount what you have. If you needed more, God would have given you more.
There’s a time for weeping, a time for loss, a time for disappointment, but that’s not the end of the story. God also said, He will make all things beautiful in its time. There’s also a time for restoration, a time for healing, a time for deliverance, a time for celebration.
