@OfficeShoes bought boots online on 29/12, it’s 16/01 and nothing. Complained and told (after repeatedly chasing) order’s lost by Yodel but Office could send a replacement by next day delivery. 2 working days since I accepted this offer and still no boots. £60 poorer.Shambolic!
