The second cohort of the International Programme for Ugandan Rural Women of Farmer-Based Organisations departed for Germany yesterday, marking the beginning of their 10-day intensive training. The 12 rural women leaders, accompanied by @RemmyNasejje, Project Officer ECAWA, will focus on enhancing their skills in advocacy, lobbying, institutional development, and leadership. The training aims to equip them with the knowledge and tools necessary to drive positive change in their communities and promote sustainable development. This transformative experience was made possible by our esteemed partners the German Association of Rural Women.
