#Nigeria#US#Germany#Netherland our goal is to reach 1 million kids this year. #AkititheHunter
This year, Baps Animation Studios set out to reach 1 million kids in Africa aged 5 to 11. This is yet another milestone in our journey.
Thanks to the Ajayi Foundation led by Sean Ajayi, we have been able to get our coloring books to children in underserved communities in West Africa, specifically Children from the #Makoko Village who learn from a floating classroom environment.
What you will see in this video is the evolutionary process of how Art can shape the hearts and minds of young scholars. These young children colored the elephant, a popular antagonist from the Akiti the Hunter - the first African Action Superhero series in multiple colors, translating that an elephant does not always have to be ”gray” and therefore one's destiny is neither limited nor predestined without the active use of our imagination, our minds, and creativity.
As I mentioned before, being able to give from my heart through my gift of art means more to me than words can ever explain. I am so proud that my life’s work can cross waters into international territory and is changing lives, one coloring book at a time.
God is Good.
Please continue to show your support through gifts of love to the Ajayi Foundation, and spread the word. We have foot soldiers and agents of change who are shaping a better vision for our youth. And with that mission, we all have a responsibility to take action and get active with pride. Do for others what others cannot do for themselves.

Award-Winning Children’s Author Denise Mobolaji Ajayi Williams Appointed Eminent Peace Ambassador
Author and Founder of BAPS Animation Studios Recognized for Advancing Peace Through Storytelling and Cultural Education
San Francisco, CA | January 16th 2026 — Award-winning children’s author and cultural educator Denise Mobolaji Ajayi Williams, known to readers as Author Bolaji Ajayi, has been formally recognized as an Eminent Peace Ambassador (Global Diplomat) by the International Association of World Peace Advocates.
The recognition honors Denise’s ongoing commitment to promoting peace, cultural understanding, and global citizenship through children’s literature, creative education, and storytelling. Her acclaimed Akiti the Hunter series draws from African folklore to teach values such as courage, integrity, empathy, and resilience. Helping young readers engage with the world through a lens of respect and shared humanity.
“As a storyteller, I believe peace begins in childhood, through the stories we tell, the cultures we honor, and the values we pass on,” said Williams. “This recognition strengthens my mission to use creativity and education as tools for connection and understanding.”
In addition to her literary work, Williams is the Founder of BAPS Animation Studios, where she is expanding Akiti’s world into animation and educational programming designed to support literacy, cultural pride, and peace-centered learning environments.
Through school visits, libraries, museums, and international engagements, Williams continues to champion storytelling as a bridge between cultures and a foundation for peaceful communities.
Following her appointment as an Eminent Peace Ambassador, as a Global Diplomat, Williams will launch an international book signing and peace-literacy tour spanning seven African countries and select European cities, including Berlin and Amsterdam, reaching millions of children through virtual story-time, writing workshops, and in-store events.

Why I finally chose to speak.
I have always been a guardian of my words. I believe speech is sacred, and in a world filled with noise, I prefer the quiet power of the written page. But today, I’m stepping out from behind the pen.
I recently sat down with Executive Director, Brandi Warren from the African Library Project for a conversation that went deeper than an interview. It became a bridge between the legends of Akiti the Hunter and the realities of our current path in 2026.
This is for the dreamers, the Gen Z seekers, and the Alpha generation rising up. If you are looking for the "how"—how to reconnect with your spirit, how to draw strength from your roots, and how to push through the unknown—this video is my heart laid bare.
The secret to the hunt isn't just the target; it’s the soul of the hunter.
