This is scary, in 2016 40% of women (32% men) in the UK were classed as inactive!! 🤦🏼♀️ you only need to do 150 minutes moderate or 75 minutes vigorous #exercise a week (not enough in my opinion but anyway) to be classed as active. We have over 10,000 minutes in a week... 🤔
